1993
As I said in my bio, I videotape myself. It's a great way to preserve the moment, plus it was also a great way to learn just
how to be a girl, how to move, walk, talk, all of that. Unlike "gender girls," as they're called, I wasn't raised
with the kind of coaching (and, let's face it, societal pressure) that could teach me those things. So I had to teach myself
by observing other girls and revising my technique (which isn't all that different from how GG's do it, really). As can be
expected, though, many of my early attempts at dressing up were less than passable or attractive. But I learned over time.
A few years ago, I decided to start lifting still frames from my videotapes for a "log" of the tapes. It was a
huge project, and I let it taper off after a while and didn't get past the tapes from March 1996. I still kept taping myself,
though, and would from time to time lift frames from later tapes, too, which you'll see elsewhere on this site. The computer
and equipment I had at the time weren't all that great (compared to what we have nowadays), though, which is why so many of
these pictures aren't very good quality. You can still kind of get an idea of what I looked like, though.

These are the earliest pictures you'll see of me. I had been dressing up long before this, but it was at this time that I
was trying to get comfortable with the whole thing and trying to learn how to do it well. I include these pictures not so
much from vanity as I do from a "I've come a long way since then" standpoint. Still, maybe I was a little bit of
a hottie as a teenager. :)
